October 2024 — Libertex is excited to announce the launch of its Loyalty Program, designed to offer clients exclusive services and benefits that enhance their trading experience. Participants in this program will gain access to a range of premium features, including weekly investment ideas, tailored trading terms, the ability to change leverage for open trades, and dedicated VIP manager support.
The Loyalty Program rewards clients with elevated trading activity and high trading volume, providing them with customized advantages based on their individual status. Participants will enjoy the following benefits:

How to Qualify for Loyalty Status
Client status is determined based on two key factors: the total available balance in the client’s accounts and their trading volume for the relevant calendar month. Clients can qualify for their respective status in one of two ways:
- By depositing funds into their account.
- Automatically at 21:00 GMT on any given day of the month.
The account balance and trading volume thresholds for various statuses are detailed in the Libertex terminal.
Validity and Management of Status
Once awarded, client status remains valid until the end of the calendar month following the month in which it was acquired. On the last calendar day of that month, statuses may be extended, upgraded, or downgraded based on the client’s balance or trading volume for the current month.
Example Scenarios
- Status Upgrade on Deposit: A client deposits sufficient funds in June, immediately qualifying for a higher status, which remains valid until the end of July.
- Status Upgrade Based on Trading Volume: An active trader achieving the necessary volume by February 20 will see their status updated that same day, remaining valid until the end of the following month.
- Status Extension Based on Balance: A client with a Gold status who maintains the required balance will have their status extended until the end of the following month, even if trading volume is insufficient.
- Status Downgrade Scenario: A client with a Platinum status who has lower trading activity will see their status downgraded to Gold, effective at the end of the month.
Clients can track their status through the MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and Libertex accounts. Please note that balances and trade volume from Libertex Portfolio accounts do not count towards status calculation.
