- TP Trades staff will contact traders within 1–2 days to confirm redemption details.
- Approved prizes are delivered within 15 business days, subject to availability.
Additional Terms:
- TP Trades may substitute prizes of similar value if original rewards are unavailable.
- The broker is not responsible for product quality or after-sales service of redeemed items.
- TP Trades reserves the right to amend program terms, cancel rewards linked to fraudulent activity, or use participant images for marketing purposes.
