The campaign is open to existing clients who successfully register via the designated campaign page between 23 April 2026 and 22 May 2026 (Hong Kong time). Upon registration, participants must achieve the required total trading volume within a 30-day trading period to qualify for corresponding rewards.
Key Reward Structure:
Eligible clients can earn tiered rewards based on total accumulated trading volume (open or close trades in any currency pairs):
- 10M volume: HK$300 DONKI coupon
- 50M volume: HK$1,500 SOGO gift card
- 100M volume: HK$3,000 Apple Store gift card
- 300M volume: HK$9,000 Cathay/Travel voucher
- 500M volume: HK$15,000 Cathay/Travel voucher

Each eligible client may register once per account, with the latest registered account determining reward eligibility. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to availability and campaign terms.
Qualified participants will be contacted by Rakuten Securities HK and must collect rewards in person by 30 September 2026 at the company’s office.
The campaign runs from 23 April 2026 to 21 June 2026 (Hong Kong time), with trading activity counted within 30 days after registration.
