Customers earn 1 reward point for every 0.1 lot transaction placed on orders lasting more than 3 minutes. These points accumulate in the customer’s account and are visible in the Rewards menu. Customers with multiple accounts can combine their reward points across accounts, maximizing their rewards.
Redeem Points for Exciting Prizes
Once customers accumulate enough reward points, they can exchange them for a wide variety of prizes listed in their customer cabinet. The prize options and point requirements may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Rewards cannot be cashed out and are only redeemable for physical or digital prizes available on the platform.
In the case that a selected prize is unavailable, Octa Investama Berjangka offers two options for the customer: a full refund of points or a replacement with another prize of equivalent value.
Program Terms and Conditions
Customers have two years from the date of their first transaction to use their reward points. After two years, expired points will be automatically deducted from the total balance.
