FXBTG is offering eligible clients a trading loss compensation promotion running from September 24 to December 24, 2026. The promotion provides eligible participants with compensation equivalent to 50% of their realized net trading losses during a qualifying promotional period, subject to trading volume requirements, deposit thresholds, and a maximum compensation limit of USD 1,000.
The campaign is open to all FXBTG clients who meet the promotion’s eligibility criteria. Participants must make a qualifying external deposit of at least USD 1,000 and submit their application within seven days of completing the deposit. Following approval, each participant receives a one-month promotional period during which the applicable trading and settlement requirements must be fulfilled.
Compensation Limits and Trading Requirements:
The compensation amount is determined by the first qualifying deposit made during each promotional period. The maximum compensation limit is 30% of that deposit, capped at USD 1,000. For qualifying deposits of USD 3,500 or more, the maximum compensation limit is fixed at USD 1,000.
Participants must also complete valid trading volume equivalent to 0.3% of their first qualifying deposit amount, expressed in standard lots, to qualify for compensation settlement.
The promotion’s deposit thresholds, compensation limits, and trading volume requirements are structured as follows:
- USD 1,000 deposit: Maximum compensation of USD 300, with 3.0 standard lots of valid trading volume required.
- USD 2,000 deposit: Maximum compensation of USD 600, with 6.0 standard lots of valid trading volume required.
- USD 3,000 deposit: Maximum compensation of USD 900, with 9.0 standard lots of valid trading volume required.
- USD 3,500 or more: Maximum compensation of USD 1,000, with 10.5 standard lots of valid trading volume required.
Only closed trades completed during the promotional period count toward the required trading volume. Hedging, high-frequency trading, arbitrage, abnormal trading, multiple-account operations under the same IP address, and other activities deemed inconsistent with normal trading practices are excluded.
How Compensation Is Calculated:
At the end of the promotional period, FXBTG will calculate compensation based on the account’s overall realized net profit or loss during that period. Floating profits and losses are excluded from the calculation.
Eligible clients who record a realized net loss and satisfy all promotional requirements may receive compensation equal to 50% of that loss, subject to the applicable compensation limit.
For example, a client with a USD 500 realized net loss and a USD 300 compensation limit may receive USD 250. If the realized net loss is USD 800 and the compensation limit remains USD 300, the compensation payable is capped at USD 300.
Compensation is conditional on meeting all eligibility requirements, including the minimum deposit, timely application, required trading volume, and qualifying realized net loss. Clients who transfer funds out of their accounts during the promotional period, including through internal transfers or transfers between accounts, risk losing their eligibility for that period.
Application Process and Promotional Period:
The campaign runs from September 24, 2026, at 00:01 to December 24, 2026, at 23:59 (GMT+8).
Eligible clients may apply by emailing cs@fxbtg-bank.com with the subject or content formatted as “Trading Account + Promotion Name.” Alternatively, an assigned account manager may submit the application by email, including the client’s information, trading account, promotion name, and a screenshot of the client’s chat confirmation.
FXBTG will review applications and respond within two business days of receiving the email. Once an application is approved, the one-month promotional period begins. Clients wishing to participate again in a subsequent period must make a new qualifying deposit and submit a new application. Each client may participate only once per calendar month.
The promotion cannot be applied to the same MT4 account simultaneously with the Insurance Plan. Clients with two separate MT4 accounts may apply for one promotion under each account, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Important Terms and Conditions:
The promotion accepts actual external deposits only. Internal transfers, credit bonuses, rebates, compensation payments, and other non-deposit funds do not qualify.
Unused compensation limits expire at the end of each promotional period and cannot be accumulated or carried forward. Subsequent deposits within a period do not increase the compensation limit, which is calculated solely from the first qualifying deposit.
FXBTG reserves the right to reject compensation claims, cancel eligibility, freeze promotional benefits, or recover compensation already granted if prohibited or improper trading activity is identified. The broker also reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion in accordance with its terms.
The promotion provides limited loss compensation to eligible clients and does not constitute capital protection, guaranteed profits, or investment advice. FXBTG states that it is not liable for losses clients incur through trading.
