IB Trading Cup 2026: Compete, Rank, and Win Your Share of $45,000
The IB Trading Cup 2026 is a global competition for Introducing Brokers, running from 11 June to 14 August 2026, where IBs from around the world compete to climb regional leaderboards and earn a share of a $45,000 prize pool. With five competitive groups and 25 total winners, the contest rewards performance, client activity, and consistency.
How to Participate:
Joining the competition is simple:
First, open an Introducing Broker (IB) account. Existing IBs are automatically enrolled, while new participants can register through the broker’s client area. Once approved, IBs are immediately eligible to start competing.
How to Compete:
IBs earn points by referring clients and driving trading activity during the contest period.
- Every 1 standard round lot traded by a new referred client = 1 contest point
- Maximum 100 points per client
- Only trades in forex pairs and metals are counted
- Points are based on closed (round-turn) trades only
- Leaderboards update hourly, tracking total IB score per group
IBs are placed into one of five regional groups and compete only within their assigned category.
Groups
Participants are divided into five global regions:
- Group A: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia
- Group B: China, Vietnam, South Korea
- Group C: MENA countries, India, Turkey
- Group D: Latin America
- Group E: Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Rest of the World
Each group has its own leaderboard and set of winners.
Prizes
The top 5 IBs in each group will receive cash rewards:
- 1st Place (Group Champion): $5,000
- 2nd Place (Runner-Up): $2,000
- 3rd Place (Bronze Medalist): $1,000
- 4th Place: $500
- 5th Place: $500
All prizes are fully withdrawable, credited after the contest ends.
Important Notes & Terms:
- Only new clients introduced during the competition period are counted
- Abusive or manipulative trading behavior (e.g., self-referrals, arbitrage abuse) leads to disqualification
- IB rankings are based on total points; ties are decided by who reached the score first
- Winners are announced by 30 August 2026
- Prizes are paid within 11 business days after contest end
- Participants must comply with all IB agreement and regulatory requirements
- The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest if necessary
