STOP!!! before you decide to give donation to FxGiants and IronFX (they are two related companies, until recently registered under Notesco Ltd, which is still on their website, and here you can see that its registered by Balvento Ltd).
I won Mar-Apr contests at both brokers and have not received the prizes. The refusal to pay was explained that I was not allowed to participate in two contests arranged by the same company. On neither brokers’ web sites nor terms and conditions of the contests there was mentioned what is the company, only broker names were indicated. I also was not banned for participation in simultaneous contests.
As of today I withdrew all money from both brokers with a week procrastination by brokers on processing withdrawal requests. In any case its still a result that the money was repaid. The two questions to regulators are why two brokers operate under one legal entity and why for withdrawal purposes brokers use various legal entities. I received money at my withdrawal request from 5 different companies. How are the client funds secured if such a mess happens?
Be carefull and better stay away from playing games with these brokers. You might not be as lucky as I’m in receiving your funds back.
And there is a chance that you wont’ get your prize if you win. The chance of winning is slim, the odds of loosing a few deposits is much higher. The game is not worth the risk.
In any case, I’ll have a fun by talking to regulators and police on FxGiants and IronFx misappropriating my prize money. Maybe by the time this contest is over two brokers loose their licenses and actions of the brokers’ management are properly assessed by the justice.
