ThinkMarkets Live Contest Details:
Weekend League: Four Weekends, $10,000 in Prizes
ThinkMarkets’ Weekend League gives traders four chances to climb the leaderboard and compete for a share of $2,500 in cash prizes every weekend. Running across four September weekends, the contest lets eligible traders register once and compete throughout the promotion.
How to Participate:
- Get ready: Open or use an approved ThinkMarkets live account on ThinkTrader or MT5, fund it, and log in to ThinkPortal.
- Opt in: Select the Weekend League banner, choose the account or accounts you want to enter, set a leaderboard nickname, and accept the terms.
- Trade: Place at least five qualifying trades on eligible weekend instruments between Saturday 00:05 GMT and Sunday 23:55 GMT.
- Track your rank: Check your live leaderboard position through the Weekend League banner in ThinkPortal.
One registration covers all four contests:
- September 5–6, 2026
- September 12–13, 2026
- September 19–20, 2026
- September 26–27, 2026
How to Compete:
Each weekend, accounts are ranked by percentage return on capital during the trading window.
To qualify, you must:
- Maintain at least $100 in equity.
- Place at least five live trades on eligible instruments.
- Keep each qualifying trade open for at least three minutes.
- Trade only eligible weekend instruments.
- Use an eligible ThinkMarkets account on ThinkTrader or MT5.
Eligible markets include designated 24/7 metals, indices and commodities, cryptocurrencies, synthetic indices, and any additional instruments designated by ThinkMarkets as eligible.
Weekend Prizes
The top four qualifying accounts share the $2,500 weekend prize pool:
- 1st place: $1,000
- 2nd place: $750
- 3rd place: $500
- 4th place: $250
Across all four weekends, the total prize pool is $10,000. Prizes are credited as ThinkRewards points at a rate of 10 points = $1 and are withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal rules.
Important Notes:
- The promotion is open to eligible new and existing ThinkMarkets clients registered under TF Global Markets (STL) Limited, subject to the full eligibility requirements.
- The promotion is available only in permitted jurisdictions. Residents of Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nigeria, and India are excluded.
- Only eligible accounts trading on ThinkTrader or MT5 qualify.
- Each participant may enter more than one eligible account, with each account ranked independently.
- Leaderboard standings during and immediately after each weekend are provisional and subject to a qualification review.
- ThinkMarkets may disqualify accounts for abusive, fraudulent, collusive, manipulative, mirrored, offsetting, or excessive-hedging activity, among other breaches of the terms.
- Deposits made during the weekend count as capital rather than profit and therefore do not inflate the return calculation.
- Withdrawals during the weekend do not affect the return calculation, provided all other requirements are met.
- Prizes are typically credited within five working days after weekend results are finalised.
- Any applicable taxes on prizes are the winner’s responsibility.
