STARTRADER is expanding access to gold CFD trading with the launch of XAUUSD247, a new instrument offering quoted pricing throughout the week, including weekends and overnight hours, subject to maintenance windows.
Alongside the launch, STARTRADER is running a promotion from 21 August to 1 November 2026, giving eligible clients the opportunity to earn cashback based on qualifying XAUUSD247 trading volume and entries into weekly gold prize draws.
Promotion Highlights:
- USD 10 cashback for every completed USD 1 million in eligible XAUUSD247 notional volume.
- Up to USD 1,000 cashback per client during the promotion period.
- A USD 999,999 total cashback pool, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

How the Promotion Works:
Eligible clients must first opt in through the Client Portal. Only qualifying trading activity completed after successful opt-in will count toward the promotion.
Clients must also make and maintain a minimum net deposit of USD 100 throughout the promotion period. They can then trade the XAUUSD247 gold CFD, with each eligible position required to remain open for at least 10 minutes to qualify.
Cashback is calculated after eligible positions are closed at USD 1 for every completed USD 100,000 in eligible notional volume, equivalent to USD 10 per completed USD 1 million. Total cashback is capped at USD 1,000 per client, while the overall cashback pool is capped at USD 999,999.
For recognised weekend trading, each completed USD 1 million in eligible notional volume earns one ticket for the applicable weekly draw. Weekly tickets do not carry over to subsequent weekly draws, although all valid tickets accumulated during the promotion period will be pooled for the Grand Prize draw.
Eligibility
The promotion is available to clients holding active STARTRADER trading accounts, with STP and ECN accounts eligible to participate.
STAR Copy, Cryptocurrency, PAMM and MAM Accounts are not eligible. Accounts registered under the same client profile will have their eligible trading activity aggregated for the promotion.
Internal transfers, balance adjustments and other non-deposit credits do not qualify as new deposits and will not count toward promotion eligibility.
XAUUSD247 Availability
XAUUSD247 launched on MT5 on 21 August 2026, with availability on the Web and App platforms scheduled for early September 2026. Availability depends on account type, entity and jurisdiction.
