August Gold Trading League: Trade Risk-Free and Win Gold
The August Gold Trading League is a seven-day demo trading competition that lets traders capitalize on gold market volatility without risking real funds. Compete from August 10 to August 16 for a chance to win a share of a 20-gram gold prize pool, with rewards credited in their dollar equivalent.
How to Participate:
Joining the competition is quick and easy:
- Register before August 8.
- A special Demo Gold ECN account with a $10,000 starting balance will be created for you.
- Receive your login details via email.
- Start trading when the competition begins on August 10.
How to Compete:
Trade strategically and grow your demo account balance to climb the leaderboard.
Competition Details:
- Competition period: August 10–16 (7 days)
- Account type: Demo Gold ECN
- Starting balance: $10,000
- Leverage: 1:100
- Trade size: 0.001 to 1 lot
The traders with the highest account balances at the end of the competition will be declared the winners.
Prize Pool
A total prize pool equivalent to 20 grams of gold will be awarded as follows:
- 1st Place: 6 grams of gold
- 2nd Place: 4 grams of gold
- 3rd Place: 3 grams of gold
- 4th–10th Place: 1 gram of gold each
Prizes will be credited to winners’ accounts in their dollar equivalent within 48 hours after the competition ends.
Important Rules:
To remain eligible, participants must:
- Complete at least 7 trades during the competition.
- Keep maximum losses below 20% of the starting balance ($2,000).
- Avoid placing trades larger than 5 lots.
- Keep the account leverage unchanged throughout the competition.
- Maintain an account balance above $8,000, as balances are monitored daily.
Demo accounts will be disabled once the competition concludes.
